After the passing of our Grandma, my 11 year old daughter Grace, experienced many months of creepy nightmares and difficulty getting off to sleep as she believed some one was in her room. I called on a freind for advice and she recomended the book "An angel in my heart'. The book was an amazing help and gave us both a different view and understanding on Graces situation. In fact, Knowing that 'Grandma' is the 'some one' in Graces room at night is very comforting for us both and Grace now feels safe and sleeps soundly.

 It has been an absolute pleasure to read your book to my 8 year old daughter Gianna. I think reading your book has enabled her to make a much stronger connection to the various feelings and emotions she feels. When I guided her through her own visualisation at the end of your story, it was so relaxing for her and she couldn't believe how she nearly fell asleep with her own 'Damara' angel in her heart! Lying by her side, I could really feel the peacefullness within and around her. We both saw Brodie as a 'beautiful' boy both in spirit and in your visual portrayal and beautiful drawings in the book. Gianna made many comparisons as we were reading to our own environment and her own experiences. Gianna loves reading and she was able to relate instantly to situations and feelings in your book. 'An Angel in my Heart' has been a joy to read and share with Gianna and to help her instill the inner awareness of many feelings she is going through. I just wanted to thank you for your amazing book.
I love it! It is just the easiest, most beautiful and perfect way to introduce The Journey to children – and adults for that matter. There is so much healing power in your book. I’ve read it to 4 classes (so far) – 2 at my daughter’s school and 2 at the school where I work voluntarily as a journey practitioner. The children love it! The illustrations are so beautiful. They journey with Brodie through the book, and receive his blessings and healing. ..... and when we did the process at the end of the book ...! WOW! Some of these 7 and 8 year olds were so moved and touched to find that their grandmother who’d passed away, or their dog that had died was still with them – in their heart – and always with them. Such a gift, for children to know they are never alone. And I always emphasise the part where Damara reminds Brodie how important it is to talk to someone who understands about what is happening internally. Thank you Cazzie.
